CHRIS JENKINS

Ā

Chris Jenkins, CEO and Founder of RebuildwithChris.

"Born in Dublin and raised in Laytown, County Meath, I eventually made the move to Spain with my three-year-old daughter, where I now live and continue to build my life and my work.

I’m also a qualified Personal Trainer, with a genuine passion for helping people transform not only their bodies, but their minds and their lives.

I have an absolute passion for addiction, recovery and personal development, and I’m constantly learning, developing my knowledge and looking for new ways to help people rebuild their lives. I believe recovery is about much more than simply stopping an addiction it’s about becoming stronger mentally, physically and emotionally and creating a life you genuinely want to live.

Meditation is also a big part of my own life. I love it, and honestly, I could do it all day. I believe looking after your health means looking after both your mind and your body, and that balance is something I try to live by every day.

Through RebuildwithChris, my goal is simple: to help people rebuild their lives, rediscover who they are and become the strongest version of themselves."

SARAHĀ DAY

Ā

SarahĀ Day Head of Operations at RebuildWithChris.

"Originally from Cambridge in the UK, I moved to Spain 10 years ago with my two children and have since built my life here.

With a strong background in owning and running businesses in Spain, management and client relations, I bring years of experience working with people, organising day-to-day operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Today, I work alongside Chris with a shared passion for addiction and recovery, with a particular understanding of alcoholism through my own personal experience as a recovering alcoholic. My own recovery comes first every single day, and that experience has given me a genuine understanding of the challenges people face when trying to change their lives.

At RebuildWithChris, I’m responsible for the day-to-day operations, organising meetings, supporting clients, managing administration and helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

I’m passionate about recovery, fitness, good nutrition and personal development, while also making sure I prioritise family time. I believe that rebuilding your life is about creating balance, looking after your mind and body, and making positive choices every day.

Being part of RebuildWithChris means I get to combine my professional experience with something that is genuinely close to my heart — helping people build a better life through recovery."

Ā PHAEDRA LAIDLAWĀ

Counsellor & Psychotherapist,Ā Anchorpoint Therapy

Ā

Phaedra is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and the founder of Anchorpoint Therapy. As part of RebuildWithChris, she supports participants with the emotional and relational side of recovery, complementing Chris’s work around motivation, accountability, routine and relapse prevention.

Phaedra provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where participants can explore what may be happening beneath the surface of their behaviours. Her work focuses on areas such as shame, low self-esteem, difficult relationships, boundaries and the emotional patterns that can leave people feeling stuck or relying on unhealthy ways of coping.

Her approach is warm, down-to-earth and honest. She believes that people are not defined by their addiction or by the worst things they have done. While giving participants the space to feel genuinely heard and understood, she will also gently challenge them when it may help them move forward.

Through both group workshops and individual therapeutic support, Phaedra helps participants develop a deeper understanding of themselves, build healthier ways of coping and begin creating a life that feels more stable, meaningful and fulfilling.

Phaedra holds a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and is a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).

About Me:

Ā

LEE EGAN-Ā SoulĀ Flow 9D

Ā

"My journey into 9D Breathwork wasn’t something I planned. It was something I found at a time in my life when I needed it — and looking back now, I genuinely believe it found me for a reason.

Like so many people, I had spent years carrying things without really understanding how much they were affecting me. Grief, loss, stress, emotions and experiences from the past can become part of who we are. We learn to get on with life, keep moving forward and tell ourselves that we’re okay.

But sometimes the body is still holding onto what the mind has tried to move past.

When I first experienced 9D Breathwork, something shifted in me.

It wasn’t just breathing. It was a journey inward.

Through the breath, music, sound, somatic release and the immersive 9D experience, I began accessing emotions and parts of myself that I had pushed down or simply learned to live with.

I started to understand something that has now become a huge part of the way I approach this work:

You have to feel it to heal it.

9D gave me the space to stop running from emotions and instead allow them to move through me.

Some journeys have been peaceful. Others have been incredibly emotional and powerful. But each one has taught me something about myself.

The deeper I went into my own journey, the stronger I felt that I wanted to share this with other people.

That led me to train as a Certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator and ultimately to create Soul Flow 9D.

But for me, becoming a facilitator was never just about gaining a qualification.

It was about being able to hold a safe, supportive space for another human being while they go through their own journey.

I know what it feels like to lie down, put the headphones on and not know what is going to come up.

I know what it feels like when something you have carried for years suddenly surfaces.

And I also know that incredible feeling when something finally begins to let go.

That personal experience is at the heart of the way I facilitate.

Today, alongside my wife Julie, who brings Reiki and energy work into our sessions, we have created Soul Flow 9D as a space where people can simply come as they are.

There is no judgement and no expectation.

You don’t have to have everything figured out.

You just have to be willing to breathe.

I’ve now had the privilege of holding space for people through journeys around grief and loss, trauma, stress and anxiety, letting go, inner-child work, ancestral healing, subconscious reprogramming, empowerment and deep nervous-system regulation.

Watching people arrive carrying the weight of life and then seeing the change in them after a journey is incredibly powerful.

Sometimes it’s tears.

Sometimes it’s laughter.

Sometimes it’s shaking or physical release.

And sometimes it’s simply stillness and a sense of peace that someone hasn’t felt for a very long time.

Every person’s experience is different, and that is something I deeply respect.

One of the areas I feel particularly passionate about is using breathwork to support people who are rebuilding their lives through addiction recovery.

Recovery is about far more than simply stopping a substance or behaviour. Underneath addiction there can be grief, trauma, shame, fear, anger and experiences that have never truly been processed.

My aim isn’t to tell somebody how they should heal.

It’s to create a space where they can safely begin reconnecting with themselves.

I believe some of the greatest healing happens when we stop fighting what is inside us and allow ourselves to experience it.

Feel it.

Breathe through it.

Let it pass through.

Ā

9D Breathwork has become much more than something I practise or facilitate.

It has changed the way I understand myself, other people and healing.

And I’m still on that journey myself.

Ā

I don’t believe you ever reach a point where you can say, ā€œI’m finished.ā€

We continue learning.

We continue releasing.

We continue growing.

My role as a facilitator is simply to walk alongside people for part of that journey — holding the space, supporting them and reminding them that sometimes the answers we’re searching for aren’t outside of us.

Sometimes we just need enough stillness, safety and courage to go within.

This is my journey.

This is Soul Flow 9D.

And if sharing my own experience helps even one person begin their own journey of healing, then everything that brought me here has had a purpose."
