What could potentially knock you off track today? Think ahead. Who, what, where or which situation could challenge your recovery and how are you going to deal with it if it happens?

What are your 3 non-negotiables today? What three actions will you complete today that support your recovery and moving your life forward?

What do you need to differently today? Think about yesterday. What could you have handled better and what will you change today?

Whats your commitment to your recovery today? Rate yourself 1-10 then explain why youve chosen that number and what you're going to do today to honour that commitment.
